James Roday Biography
James Roday was born on April 4, 1976, in San Antonio, Texas. He is well known for his role of Shawn Spencer, a fake psychic and detective known for his uncannily accurate photographic memory. James is not only an actor but also a director and screenwriter. He was listed in People magazine's 100 Most Beautiful People in 2007 that immensely raised his image in Hollywood. Roday's father is the regional manager of Taco Cabana; a chain restaurants renowned for Mexican cuisine.
Roday obtained a bachelors degree in Fine Arts and Drama from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts in 1997. During that time he used to perform in a band, Dogberry.
James began his acting career through stage drama and starred in the various theatrical production that includes, Three Sisters, A Respectable Wedding and several other.
