Ming Tsai Biography
Ming Tsai, is a Chinese - American restaurateur . Tsai represents his family name . He was born in Newport beach, California but raised in Dayton, Ohio . Ming's father, Stephen Tsai was a tourist guide and Ming traveled with him so much he has many traveling stories . Ming 's Mother, Iris first encourage him to open up his own restaurant and they have a family owned restaurant .
Tsai nationality is Chinese -American and his ethnicity is white .He is of 52 age and is married man with his spouse Polly Tsai with two children for whom he loves to cook .

In the 14th season he is taking cooking at home at another level . In addition to that Ming is also exploring Norway and Hawaii and their ins and outs of their diverse cuilinary.

Ming was born as an Chinese-American to his parents Iris Tsai and Stephen Tsai . At the age of 10 he first cooked because his parents were not home but his uncle and aunt came for a visit .
