Redfoo is an American singer, dancer, DJ and rapper born on 3rd September 1975 in Los Angeles, California. His real name is Stefan Kendal Gordy. Stefan grew up with his parents Berry Gordy and Nancy Leiciska along with his siblings. He attended Junior High School and graduated from Palisades Charter High School in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, California in 1995. He holds American Nationality and belongs to Finnish ethnicity.
Redfoo started his career writing and producing songs and was also a former for a hip-hop group. With his friends, he released Balance Beam album. Later after his group split up and he started engineering work for Defari’s. In 2004, Redfoo teamed up with Figgkidd and Tech N9ne. Together they work on the song “I Gotta Know”. Later, Redfoo formed the electropop band LMFAO with his nephew in 2006 and released an album in collaboration with DJ David Guetta’s which held the number-one position in France, UK, and Scotland.
In 2010, they again released album Sorry for Party Rocking which was a worldwide hit. Redfoo also worked with Pitbull’s and later, he also appears in Live My Life by Far East Movement.
